1. Valid international passport
2. Duly filled in application form alongwith two passport size photographs. Application forms available with the Embassy of India and on the web site.
Business Visa
1. In addition to (1) and (2) above, invitation from a reputed bonafide Indian business organization and letter from the Ukrainian company.
Transit Visa
1. In addition to (1) and (2) above, applicant must have obtained visa for the country of destination.

Student Visa US $ 75.00
Visa valid for six months US $ 40.00
Visa valid for above 6 months but below 1 year US $ 65.00
Visa valid for above 1 year but below 5 years US $ 130.00
